A voice-over recording can be used to communicate with listeners and viewers at a very deep level. Voice-over recordings may be used for entertainment or commercial promotion. Voice-over recording is not an all-purpose service. Individual voice talents are unique. A video promoting Ireland is not likely to have the perfect voice. It’s unlikely that a voice capable of narration a video about Ireland would work well as a voiceover in a corporate promotional video.
